Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does it take to make my piece?
A: About a month. We can do rush production for an extra fee - contact Steve for details.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we deliver to areas within 1hr of Nashville, TN for $100 if someone strong can help us unload, or $175 for two guys to bring it. Prices rise outside of an hour from Nashville - contact us to arrange delivery outside of that range.
Q: Do you ship out of state?
A: We ship to about 4 hours outside of Nashville for higher delivery fees.
Q: Do you do other colors than the stains listed?
A: Yes, but you will need to send us a product link to the stain you'd like us to purchase and use - we can't try to color match.
Q: How do I take care of my piece?
A: All pieces are stained with spill resistant coating. Table tops are covered with several layers of polyurethane. Wiping with soap and water is a great way to clean all your wooden pieces from us. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Q: Are there cracks on the table tops?
A: The pattern tops such as chevron have cracks. Our willow tables and live edge tops are almost entirely seamless. Over time wood expands and contracts with the seasons and humidity, so we can't guarantee that your table will always stay perfectly smooth. Try to keep your table at consistent temperatures and moisture levels and you should be fine. That said, if cracks are something you cannot live with, it would probably be better for you to buy a non-farmhouse style table from in industrial manufacturer.
Q: Something has gone wrong with my table, can you fix it?
A: Yes. Depending on the length of ownership and cause of your issue, we will come to an arrangement to make sure your table serves your family for many years.
